From Generative AI to Agentic AI: 2 Weeks of Building MyNewsAI.io

From Generative to Agentic AI: 2 Weeks Building MyNewsAI.io

Over the last two weeks, I set out to evolve MyNewsAI.io — a Generative AI-powered news platform — into something more intelligent and autonomous. What started with content summarization and translation began to scale into what many are calling Agentic AI: systems that don’t just generate — they act.

But moving from GenAI to Agentic AI wasn’t just a feature upgrade. It exposed deep technical, architectural, and strategic hurdles that most devs and AI founders will likely face too. This post is my reflection — and perhaps, a roadmap for those on the same path.

🔧 Technical Hurdles

1. Inference Speed and Scalability

Even after moving from CPU to GPU instances on AWS (e.g., g4dn.xlarge), inference remained slow. Tasks like Wav2Lip video rendering, multi-language translation, and model chaining are compute-heavy, and real-time performance remains a challenge — both in speed and cost.

2. Incomplete and Fragmented Documentation

Documentation across the GenAI ecosystem is sporadic. From installing CUDA dependencies to chaining models, I found myself relying heavily on ChatGPT, but it doesn’t always know the latest packages or AWS configurations.

3. Lack of Robust Open Source Agentic Tools

There’s no “Apache for Agentic AI” — yet. LangChain, CrewAI, and similar tools are exciting but feel early-stage. Production-grade agent systems need mature orchestration, memory, retry logic, and error handling — and we’re not quite there.

Architectural Challenges

1. LLMs Aren’t Agentic by Nature

Large Language Models like GPT, Claude, or LLaMA are generators, not agents. They can write summaries or responses, but they struggle to plan, reason, or act autonomously unless given very careful prompt scaffolding and external control.

2. Paywalled Content: Data Access Is Broken

Most quality news sources now sit behind paywalls. For a news AI agent, that limits reliable input. We need solutions that respect content rights but still allow agents to access trusted, real-time knowledge.

Strategic Limitations

1. We Need Open Agent Stacks

Just as Apache catalyzed the Java ecosystem, Agentic AI needs a modular, open-source foundation: shared protocols, middleware, and community support. Today, every AI dev is reinventing the same scripts.

2. LLMs Need a “T Model” Mindset

LLMs today are often deep in one topic but lack breadth across domains. True Agentic AI needs T-shaped intelligence: horizontal coverage across multiple domains with vertical depth where needed — especially in news, where politics, finance, and culture intersect.

🚀 What's Next for MyNewsAI.io?

Moving toward Agentic AI isn’t just about upgrading the model — it’s about rethinking the system.

At MyNewsAI.io, I’m building toward:

  • Multi-step agents (summarize → translate → synthesize → narrate)
  • A real-time anchor that can present news via lip-synced video
  • Eventually, a fully autonomous AI newsroom assistant

The work is hard, but the potential is massive.

A Personal Reflection: What If We Helped the Third Child Instead of Judging the Choice?

👋 To My Daughter—and To Anyone Willing to Listen

This isn’t a political post.
It’s not even about right or wrong.
It’s about something I lived—and something I still carry in silence:

No one said it directly, but I could feel it in the background:

  • The financial pressure
  • The stretch of attention
  • The quiet calculation of what “enough” looked like

And today, I see families facing the same question.
But with far fewer options.

📊 The Reality of Abortion in the U.S.

In 2023, there were over 1 million abortions in the United States.
The vast majority were not due to assault, trauma, or irresponsibility. They were due to:

  • 💼 Economic hardship — 73% said they simply couldn’t afford a baby
  • 👶 Already parenting — 61% had at least one child, 34% had two or more
  • ❤️ Relationship or partner issues — 48% said they lacked partner support
  • 🧠 Not ready — 32% felt unprepared for another child
  • ⚠️ Rape or incest — less than 1%

These are not statistics. These are stories.
And in those stories, many were deciding whether a third child could fit into a world with shrinking support.

🧠 A Thought That Changed My Perspective

What if we changed the system?
Not by banning abortion—but by removing the fear that leads to it?

Imagine this:
“If you are having your 3rd child or more,
the government will cover that child’s education
through college and provide tax relief for the family.”

That one shift could:

  • Remove fear from the decision
  • Encourage family growth where it’s already rooted
  • Replace punishment with policy that empowers

This isn’t fantasy—it’s common sense compassion.

💬 Why I’m Writing This Now

My daughter and I have had powerful conversations about this issue.
She’s passionate. She’s thoughtful. She’s right

The Future is Speaking — Are We Ready to Listen?

There’s a version of the world not too far from now—
Where you don’t carry devices,
Where cancer isn’t feared,
And where your own body becomes your most trusted advisor.

This isn’t science fiction.
It’s a timeline.
And the countdown has already begun.

💡 1. AI That Outsmarts Cancer

Imagine waking up and having a simple, daily AI check-in:

“Your white cell profile shows a molecular anomaly.
Let’s begin micro-targeted treatment—no hospital, no pain.”

In this world, cancer is no longer a surprise.
AI sees it before it grows.
It doesn’t just detect disease—it protects health by learning you, inside and out.

Early detection and individualized treatment will become standard—not luxury.

🧠 2. A Mind-Body Network: Organ-Level Intelligence

What if your organs could speak?

  • Your liver gently signals, “Ease up on that late-night sugar.”
  • Your heart nudges, “Breathe deeper. Something’s off.”

Tiny implants, seamlessly integrated with your neural pathways, monitor and support your internal systems in real time.

Your body doesn’t break down.
It checks in—with compassion and clarity.

No more guessing. No more waiting for symptoms.
You’ll know—and you’ll act—before anything goes wrong.

📡 3. Post-Device World: You Become the Interface

Let go of phones.
Step beyond screens.

Instead:

  • You think → your environment responds.
  • You look → your personalized satellite streams real-time intelligence to your field of view.
  • You speak → only when needed. Much is handled by presence and intent.

A wearable, a neural tap, and your private orbital AI form your invisible operating system.

No app-switching. No information overload.
Just clarity—delivered through conscious connection.

🛠️ Within 10 Years, We Will:

  • ✅ Rebuild cancer care into cancer prevention
  • ✅ Merge the brain and body into a self-healing system
  • ✅ Replace bulky devices with seamless, soul-aligned interfaces

This future isn’t waiting on a miracle.
It’s waiting on those bold enough to build it.

I believe it's time.

Let’s not just prepare for that world.
Let’s co-create it—with science, vision, and heart.

Peace within All,

Rethinking Parenthood, Purpose, and Progress: A Dialogue Between Generations

In recent conversations with my daughter, I’ve found myself reflecting deeply on issues like abortion, population growth, and the evolving structure of family. While we may differ in perspective, her insights—especially around the pain and autonomy of women—have challenged me in the best ways. As a parent and a citizen of this world, I believe the path forward lies not in division, but in compassionate innovation and shared responsibility.

1. Beyond Abortion: Exploring Compassionate Alternatives

What if, instead of abortion, women had a widely supported option to donate the baby after three months of pregnancy? I’m not fully sure how modern healthcare supports this idea today, but if we could provide this as a respectful and viable choice—complete with emotional, financial, and medical support—it could be a compassionate bridge between autonomy and life preservation.

2. The Role of Men: Presence Over Perfection

Fatherhood is not complicated—it’s a matter of mindset and planning. We often think of parenting as overwhelming, but if men committed to just three hours of family time each day, alongside their work and personal growth, a balance could emerge. My ideal daily split?
3 hours family – 10 hours work/learning – 3 hours personal – 8 hours sleep.
It’s not about perfection, but consistent presence and love.

3. Family: The Mirror of Our Identity

Without family, we risk losing a vital part of who we are. Family grounds us. A simple daily question—“How are you doing?”—can transform a person’s life. It’s through these small, assertive acts of care that we find the motivation to grow, to heal, and to reach higher.

4. Sexual Orientation and Parenthood

Love is love—and what truly matters is the choice to build a family. Families built around children, regardless of gender or orientation, are among humanity’s greatest inventions. The setup itself—two or more committed individuals raising the next generation—is an extraordinary feat of compassion, creativity, and care. Whoever conceived this idea, I believe, deserves the title “superhero.”

5. Work-Life Balance Is Genderless

Women can balance careers and family just like men. The difference lies not in biology but in coordination. With modern tools—baby monitors, live feeds, shared calendars—parenting is a logistical challenge we are more than equipped to handle. The key lies in communication and intentional planning as partners.

6. Parenthood Is a Journey, Not a Test

No one becomes a perfect parent overnight. It’s a process—day by day, week by week. Every child is a child of God, and somehow, you will know what to do. Children need three dimensions to grow well:
Two from parents, one from the divine.
That’s the balance that nurtures them into wise, kind humans.

🕊️ Peace Within All

Our debates, our doubts, our disagreements—they all arise from a shared desire to build a better world. I don’t have all the answers, and neither does she. But if we can keep listening to each other across generations, perhaps that’s where the real progress begins.

The Doctrine of the Sun: A Message from Light

As the seasons turn and silence gives way to song, something ancient yet ever-new begins to unfold. The sun—often taken for granted—returns with rays not just of warmth, but of meaning.

A Silent Awakening

The rays of the sun are finally touching the Earth with high frequency. These are not just beams of light; they are calls to awaken. So powerful they are, even the lifeless trees of winter begin to green within a day or two. Animals emerge from hibernation, stirred not by noise or force, but by a silent conviction written in nature’s code.

More Than Light

Language, at its core, is a tool for communication. And so is sunlight. Every morning, the sun delivers a message across continents and oceans:

"Rise. Begin. Reconnect."

Its arrival is clean, instant, fresh—its path, holy.

We often forget that Earth itself is shaped from the spectrum of the Sun’s life. We are born from it. And in some deeper way, we are still protected by it. Perhaps, in times of confusion or despair, it sends someone, or something, to help us understand, to remind us of the path.

Nature's Whisper

The creator has not forgotten us, nor has it dismissed our actions. Nature knows precisely when to stir our brain cells from sleep, to ignite thought, intuition, and awareness.

That whisper? It is wisdom arriving without a sound.

And when the time is right, actions align. Thoughts take shape. What once seemed hidden begins to speak. Faces begin to smile. The mind finds calm.

The Signs Are Here

Perhaps this is the sign:
Change has already begun.
Quietly. Steadily. Benevolently.

And when the time fully arrives,
a new doctrine will be written
not in books alone,
but in hearts, actions, and light.

🌿 Peace Within All

Let this be a reminder: the world speaks through silence, light, and rhythm. Tune in—not just with your ears, but with your soul. The sun rises for a reason.

Never Chase Money — Chase Goals

Never Chase Money — Chase Goals

During performance reviews, I never asked for more raise. My first question has always been:

  • How did I do?
  • How can I improve for the future?

Performance reviews are not a score to be settled — they’re a foundation to set the future. Each stage of life gives us a chance to do better. But without goals, no stage will move in our direction.

What I Learned About Goals

I used to think a goal meant something big — high, money-focused, shiny. But now I know better. Let me explain:

  1. To reach the mountain top, we need stamina, planning, and gearnot money.
  2. To reach the shore from the sea, we need strength and directionnot money.
  3. To reach any life goal, we need persistence, resilience, and hard worknot money.

So Why Do We All Chase Money?

Because we confuse it with the goal. But if our path is right, and our plan is clear, we can reach both the goal and the money.

What to Ask Instead of “I Need Money”

Pray or ask for:

  • Give me stamina
  • Give me strength
  • Give me persistence
  • Give me resilience
  • Give me the mindset to work hard

Never chase money. Chase goals — hard. Set simple goals. Reach them. Then, set the next one a little higher. Keep moving. This is the snowball effect.

Never feel tired. Never feel dejected. Never feel “I’m not good enough.”

You set the goal. No one forced it on you. So it is attainable.

Let AI Help, Too

In the future, AI can help us set goals — based on our strengths, skills, and patterns. Earlier, we had to go to endless places to find out:

  • What we’re good at
  • What we need to improve
  • What we should eliminate

My younger mind once asked, “If you don’t want money, why migrate to another country?” I replied, “Wherever you go — if you don’t have a goal, you won’t succeed.”

We go places for a reason. The destination may change, but the goal must stay alive.

Last Frontier: Why Intangible Wealth Outlives Money

I used to wonder why kings in olden days built huge structures and marvelous wonders. I used to think it was a waste of money and unnecessary spending.

But after some time, I realized it is one of the most important things to do. The money we save for the next generation often goes to waste — it rarely crosses even two generations. But the monuments they built last much longer.

It is not luxury; it is a must-have. It gives hope to the next generations, even after 1000 years. It shows how strong we were, how resilient we were, and how to build from scratch.

When I went to France, I saw bridges still standing from the 16th century. What a brilliant mindset!

The money we leave behind for our kids can make them lazy and lead to wasteful spending behaviors. But what if we leave them a legacy that inspires them to work hard, work smart, stay disciplined, and gives them hope that at any point in life, you can rise as long as you work hard.

The big issue today is that we think money might solve all issues — but it is not true. The intangible assets are the key to future growth.

Important Intangibles I believe in:

  1. Education
  2. Thinking hard, even if the initial result is wrong
  3. Repeated success should not create euphoric mood
  4. Repeated failure should not cause depression mood
  5. Awareness of all things happening around you
  6. Differentiating what you can control and what you can't
  7. Don't sink in small setups
  8. Force yourself out of depression
  9. Always pray to God whenever you need to
  10. Don't expect help from others; help is often reciprocation signal
  11. Love will heal all, but hate will amplify rage
  12. You are on your own; no one will guide you unless you ask for it
  13. Very few can understand others' feelings — find them and be their mentee
  14. Never tell lies that spoil your credibility
  15. Increase your positive side; fade your negative side

Peace within All.

Courage, Upskilling, and the Balance of Resilience

It is scary — a word that brings fear to some, but for others, it becomes a chance for retooling or upskilling. It’s easy to say phrases like:

  • "Come out of your comfort zone."
  • "You have to upskill."
  • "You need to stay up to date."

But the truth is, we do have to do all of the above.

I have worked in the USA for 25 years, collaborating with diverse teams, cultures, and backgrounds. One trait I admire about Americans is their approach to planning. They take things one at a time, stay objective, and have the courage to face uncertainties. They are bold in making decisions and taking calculated risks. This mindset is embedded in their education system, which is designed to prepare individuals to adapt and face life events without losing confidence. This is one reason why the USA remains resilient through dot-com crashes, banking recessions, COVID, and trade wars.

I can't generalize this for every country, but the U.S. model has been clear since I arrived and studied here 25 years ago.

During the dot-com bust, many of our teammates lost their jobs. Today, most of them are in significant positions like VP, Director, and Software Development leads. No one vanished. Some changed careers, some retired as they planned.

A common thought is, "What about poor people who can't afford upskilling or training?" Let me share a story. My father was a projector operator in a small movie theater in India, earning barely Rs 2000 per month — a lower-middle-class income. When the theater upgraded to a new projector, they told him he had to learn the new model or risk losing his job. Within 3 days, an engineer trained him, and he was operating the new machine.

Upskilling sounds fancy, but often, it's a few days or months of focused effort. The key isn’t just passion — it's planning, which is entirely in our control. I’ve always saved money or been ready to take a loan for higher education. Most IT companies here in the U.S. offer generous training budgets annually, yet I wonder how many of those laid off actually utilized them. I don't have the data, so I won’t speculate whether it's a company issue or a personal one.

What I do know is this: adaptability is not about privilege alone — it’s about intention and planning. We can't control all circumstances, but we can control our readiness to face them.

Peace within all.

Peace Within All: Understanding Gain and Loss Through Balance

The world has seen countless conflicts, yet most have ended in sadness, division, and separation. While war and flight were once considered tools of resolution, the new global standard must shift toward solutions that benefit all parties involved.
Why are the U.S. and many Western nations hesitant about war now? Because they’ve analyzed the data. Across decades, we’ve seen that war only leads to immense loss of human life, rarely true resolution. Most so-called "solutions" from war end in broken borders, bitter separations, and fuel for future conflicts.
It’s time to rely not on weapons, but on the brain and heart. Of course, if a border is crossed and sovereignty is threatened, defense becomes necessary, but as a last resort. The goal should always be a peaceful, inclusive resolution.
We’re also behind in technology in many ways. Some systems, tools, and even belief frameworks still use outdated themes. For instance, even astrology has evolved. Its old format was created before we had accurate time measurement — yet it's still widely used.
Many of today’s conflicts could be solved simply by considering both sides thoughtfully. History rarely shows a case where one party gained everything while the other lost completely. Nature always balances itself. If you lose land, you may gain exponential growth in another form. If you gain land, you may lose social, economic, or moral capital elsewhere.
This is basic physics: energy is never lost — it transforms.
Ask yourself:
If I’m losing now, what gain might this bring long-term?
If I’m gaining now, what might I be losing silently?
Even our ideas about wealth and class can be misleading. "The rich get richer" is often a myth — wealth accumulation comes with invisible losses: time, stress, health, or emotional disconnection. And "the poor get poorer" may not reflect personal failure but a greater awareness of imbalance and structural hurdles.
Much of our financial “loss” comes from how we reinvest — whether you're rich or poor, you’re always redirecting energy: money, time, or effort.
Ultimately, none of us is truly gaining or losing. We're just redistributing energy in different forms.
Peace within all.

AI as the Best Version of You: Not a Job Killer, but a Human Amplifier

There was a time when everything was dark. Only a small segment of society knew how to apply to elite colleges. Most people, especially those without access to information, had no idea where to start, how to apply, or even how to afford the process. Many quit high school not because they lacked ambition, but because they lacked a clear path to higher education.

Back in my day, applying to just three colleges took at least 30 days. We needed to physically gather applications, arrange for bank cashier checks, and send everything by registered post. Today, in 2025, my son applied to 12 colleges in a single day. This is more than a technological improvement — it's a transformation of accessibility and equality.

Social media brought another major shift. It became a powerful tool to broadcast individual voices to the world. However, as platforms grew, so did the noise: bots, fake news, trolling, and memes started dominating the space. Ironically, while everyone technically has a voice now, very few use it authentically. The fear of backlash and the flood of inauthentic content discourage honest participation. Less than 1% of people raise their true voice online today.

Recently, I was shocked to read that Meta has started rolling back some AI-based content flagging in favor of manual community checks. This reflects a deeper issue: fear. People see AI as a job killer and a threat to data integrity. But here’s the truth — when something generates fear at scale, it means it holds real value.

Let’s take a simple use case: job search. Today, many job portals aggregate listings from various boards. They provide filters and parameters to help users find the best fit. In this sense, the user acts like an AI agent — carefully selecting jobs using precise criteria.

But the reality is, not everyone is great at narrowing down options. An offensive player can't always play defense well. Similarly, not all human minds are equally equipped for strategic filtering. This is where AI can shine — by acting as the best version of you. An AI can help find the right job that matches your unique skills, soft skills, and experience. It becomes an extension of your decision-making, not a replacement.

And this idea scales. AI can help you find the best credit card, optimize your monthly budget, or suggest purchases based on personal needs and limits. Will this cause some job loss? Yes — in the immediate sense. But long-term, this kind of precision will grow the economy. If I save $150 this month thanks to AI, I might donate more or spend on something meaningful. Balanced budgets lead to healthier lives, and AI helps us get there.

So, let’s not fear AI. Let’s fine-tune it to amplify the best in each of us.

Meta Already Built the Graph. Now Build the Agent.

Meta Already Built the Graph. Now Build the Agent.

🚀 Vision

Meta doesn’t need more users, more data, or more platforms. It already connects billions of people, habits, histories, and emotional patterns across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and now Ray-Ban smart glasses.

It already owns the greatest living map of human interaction.
Now it needs to build the agent that can live inside it.

🔑 The Spark: From Social Graph to Personal Agent

Meta’s social graph isn’t just names and faces — it’s:

  • Emotional closeness
  • Behavioral timing
  • Language patterns
  • Relationship relevance

This is everything an AI agent needs to become useful, human-like, and trusted.

The agent doesn’t just respond — it represents. It should:

  • Know who matters to you
  • Filter what’s urgent vs noise
  • Speak with your tone
  • Act on your behalf (schedule, reply, plan)

And it can do this because Meta already knows your digital relationships better than any other company.

📐 Functional Expression of the Agent

Figure: Visual representation of the agent flow — from user input, social context, and environment, through an AI core to a minimal smart glass output.

To describe the agent's intelligence:

PersonalAgentResponse = f(SocialGraph, Context, UserIntent)

Where:

  • SocialGraph = relationships + emotional weight + history
  • Context = time + location + environment + active device
  • UserIntent = derived from voice, gaze, behavior patterns

Another behavior rule:

AgentAction = IF(Urgency > Threshold AND Relevance > 0.7, THEN NotifyUser)

This logic keeps the agent calm, intelligent, and emotionally aware.

👓 The Interface: Ray-Ban Smart Glasses

The hardware exists. It’s stylish, non-invasive, and always with you. The smart glasses become:

  • The window to your agent
  • A non-distracting display of relevant insight
  • A subtle way to stay connected without grabbing a phone

The glasses + the graph + the agent = the next OS for real life.

🛰️ The Backbone: Satellite or Cloud Sync

To break phone dependence, use:

  • Satellite (Starlink-class) mesh
  • Edge cloud sync
  • Encrypted identity layer

Your agent doesn’t live on your phone. It lives with you, anywhere on Earth.

🌱 What This Enables

  • Digital minimalism, without disconnection
  • Emotional intelligence at scale
  • Real ambient computing, finally
  • A graceful end to the phone era

💬 Closing Thought

Meta doesn’t need to collect more. It needs to act on behalf of the user, with empathy and intelligence. The graph is already built. Now build the agent.

The world is ready. The spark is here.

Becoming Whole Again: A Journey Through SEL, Identity, and Integration

Like so many others, I came to the United States on June 1, 2000, searching for better opportunities. But my journey was shaped not just by ambition—it was shaped by battles most never see. One of them was Spinal Epidural Lipomatosis (SEL), a rare condition that quietly invaded my body and slowed my steps while the world kept moving. For years, I was navigating more than culture. I was navigating pain, fear, and confusion. Integration into a new country wasn’t just about language or food or emails that said "please" too much. It was about survival — physically, emotionally, and socially.

The Invisible Burden

SEL made me retreat inward. Conversations became shorter. Emotions are quieter. My presence in the room, dimmer. How do you integrate into a culture when your body won’t let you participate fully in your own? Healing took time — six months ago, my symptoms began to resolve. But healing isn’t just the body’s work. It’s the mind catching up, the identity re-emerging.

Integration Is Not Just About Adaptation

People talk about integration like it’s a checklist. Learn the language. Get the job. Celebrate Thanksgiving. But true integration is deeper — it’s the slow rebuilding of a self that feels whole in this context, in this new land. And that takes time. Not just time to change — but time to observe the change, to process the new rhythms, to test the emotional weather of this culture. And when you’ve gone through years of physical suffering, the world feels too fast to catch up to. You need stillness before motion.

Where I Stand Now

I’m not who I was before SEL. I’m not who I was when I first arrived in America. I’m becoming someone who blends the resilience of pain, the clarity of recovery, and the evolving understanding of two cultures. And that process — this integration — is not a weakness. It’s a living intelligence, still unfolding. So if you see someone still figuring things out, give them time. They may not just be adapting to a country — they may be meeting themselves for the first time, without pain, without fear, and with a future they’re only beginning to trust.

Evolve

This subject is more than what I can fathom. But try to make some sense out of it. Evolution is important for all of us, particularly people who come from developing countries (I’m talking about 1970/1980s India). We start from a very basic life, basic lifestyle, basic needs and we live our life very minimum level. Millions of us were born and died without evolving much, it was not their mistake, we did not have many opportunities back then other than agriculture. The evolution became mainstream after India opens the market for all and the economic revolution during the 1990s. We marched towards the 21st century with various options rather than some mere options. When I start thinking more, there are more people still living in the same way of life which we used in the 1970s and 1980s. They are missing or not joining the greater economic revolutions which started back in the early 1990s. For almost 25 years we have had this opportunity wide open, but people are not boarded with the evolution. I identified several factors involved in these impediments. They are as follows.
Ego: I believe still we are thinking superior in our mind even though we are not. This is mainly happening to higher caste people. They think that they are still higher based on caste or religion and not willing to take part in opportunities available throughout the world. They are stuck in a false sense of mind.
Apathy: This is another thing lacking some people due to a enough mindset rather than a scarcity mindset. The scarcity mindset is important for the young generation, they need to search more and more to improve their lives and to evolve.
Addiction: Addicted to some substances/places/routines are the other reason not to evolve much. So many people are stuck in the same place because they have some addiction with some form

Boilerplate Life

Humble and honesty has no value in society now. The statement occurred in my mind one day. So, I started thinking about it. Now this time of our era, we no need to show our intangible qualities to get a job or business. All we need is to follow some well-documented ways to get there, follow some preconceived notions. For example, if you want to become a Software Developer at Amazon, join a boot camp and learn all the fundamentals of computer science, Kids are bought up to be successful in a documented way as well. Parents teach kids a certain way to become successful in their life by imposing some tangible ways. We don’t care about being humble or honest rather we asked them to follow some flow chart documentation to be successful. It is not their mistake as well; the way of life now yields great results. The young generation is getting good-paying jobs by just following some well-documented paths. Is it good? I would say we are losing some human creativity in this process, we are building a machine kind of human.

Tuesday, May 25, 2021

It was very dark night, no moon light, Yasin and Ahmed decided to go their paddy for watering. Night time water is good for rice. Hasina was afraid to send her kids to water at this light. She lost her husband to snake bite 3 years ago, when he went for watering paddy at this dark night. Farmers life becoming very difficult nowadays, they are struggling to keep up their life. Labor shortage, high price and small land are the persisting issues.

Hasina said “Yasin please take torch light and be careful” to sons. But Yasin and Ahmed decided not to take torch light and they decided to go out to reach paddy with their muscle memory. Farmers has good muscle memory, they are good drivers, and good at reflex. They have good sense of direction as well. In country side, mostly farmers used to say which direction wind blowing and when it would change direction without any devices.

Yasin and Ahmed reached paddy and start watering paddy. The place where they have paddy has lot of water and good place for cultivating rice. The water is not an issue for them. Yasin went inside rice field to check water level. Rice need very delicate water level, it should not very low and very high. Farmers are naturally perfectionist. It is not because they want to but the profession needs to be them as perfectionist. Farmers need to be vigilant and always intense with their work.

Farming is world’s oldest profession, the farming giving excellent qualities for a human to become perfect human. May be the profession is now not very attractive to current young generation but it is an excellent source for our health and wealth. But Yasin and Ahmed young, still love their farming like their father and grandfather. Because they knew the farmers and farming are the gift from god. But the snake is still there somewhere in the paddy, Yasin keep on walking inside paddy to check the water. The snake is same venomous one it bites his father 3 years ago.

Unfortunately, Yasin step into the snake and it bite him hardly. Yasin shouted to Ahmed “Ahmed, I think I got bit by snake”, Ahmed run towards Yasin and he reached Yasin within seconds and he gave first aid by tearing his short and tightly tied to keep venom from spreading. Ahmed is tensed to save his brother. He takes his brother to main road, luckily, they found a car and they reached hospital on time so they saved Yasin.

Warrior

I love Warrior stories; warriors are exciting personalities. They get a blessing from their mother's humble state and then within a short amount of time they have to be in war zone aggressive state. I always wondered when I heard some warriors’ stories, how come they switch context from two different states. The context switching is an extraordinary ability, multitasking is something different from context switching. The warriors need some small amount of time to context switching but for us ordinary people we can’t change state as soon as we want to, for example, one of the playoffs Tony Romo QB from Dallas Cowboys asked to hold the ball for a kick, but he screwed up big time. He was a trained QB but suddenly he was asked to hold a ball for the kick. I think this is something context switching. When I was a beginner to code, I had some issues with context switching, for example, I was asked to code Java and then same day other tasks related to SQL and some tasks related to JavaScript. This is first I felt a little uncomfortable but I developed a technique to overcome.

  1. Warriors at least I saw in movies, when they go to mother always in war suit, warriors need this feel because they want to think about war as soon as they wore the suit. So, use the same IDE for all technology. For example, use IntelliJ for Java, JavaScript, SQL development.
  2. Warriors get the blessing from their mother with their blood, they usually use the sword, when we change from emotional states, we need a continuation to the next emotional state. The war is next state hence the drop of the blood is an indication of change state. If we know the next task beforehand with other languages, JavaScript to Java is a little easy than JavaScript to SQL. So, order it based on previous language’s end.
  3. Warriors go to mother’s room alone, as soon as they come out, they are surrendered by soldiers and warriors go to the war zone with a long walk along with soldiers to gain some knowledge. This is very important; we have to take time for context switching from one technology to others and make sure to talk with who is responsible for the new task and new domains. Don’t rush through for new tasks unless it is the same technology and the same domain.
  4. I think there is a reason, why this custom followed by warriors, it will take some time for warriors to go for a full force from full humble to full aggressive. This technique is to give warriors not to use full aggressive force if the enemy is not that strong. This delay allows them to get access to enemy force capacity and their tactics. The same applied to us as well, delay your task a little late and read some articles.

Diversification

What are the benefits living in a diversified society? In any fields diversification is really good and offers more advantages than disadvantages. Here are some usual points about living diversified society.
  • For most we can learn good habits from other culture in diversified society. Each culture has some unique good habits and we can learn it from them. It is a boon for living diversified society.
  • Second most important thing is we can enjoy variety of foods rather than repeated same food from a non-diversified.
  • Learning different languages is other benefit, just try to understand it is good for our brain.
  • Kids will grow with more tolerance since they are expose to various cultures at very young age.

Opinion

After all this information overload age, there is abundance of opinions formed among individuals for almost everything. We are not feared to express it and our opinion reached to our friends and relatives very fast through social media. Is this good or bad? Having an opinion about everything is normally considered good practice but how to handle it as a receiver. All the opinion has value or who is reliable and who is telling truth? Here are some escapes and verify techniques.
  • Always believe owner’s opinion, if we own something and gives our opinions (review) of product that’s always seems to me right. Best place to see this customer reviews from web sites. Majority opinion always wins and very first opinion about the product always seems to me correct
  • Opinion backed up by data and facts always valid. Read articles and measurement reports from measurement/analytic companies like Nielsen, comScoreWakoopa, and Hitwise.
  • Opinion comes from Opinionated people can be avoidable but listen to them. Who is opinionated people? People who has no respect to other’s opinion are opinionated people.
  • Be confident on your decisions. Whether you are making good decisions or bad decisions just think that you will overcome it. Other’s opinions should not derail your decisions.
  • Measure other opinions. Are they just have opinion or passionate opinion? We can follow passionate opinion people.

Uncontrolled Musing

When I start thinking about future, my mind exploding without control, particularly current events and state of our economy. There is no definite answer to following questions.

  1. Are we at recession or depression or nothing?
  2. Occupywallstreet will become a revolutionary movement or just like tea party, it will also subside?
  3.  President Obama able to win job bill or it will go under water.
  4.  If we are not in recession, what is the status of this market?
  5. What will happen to 401k, IRA and other investments?
  6.  Are we bear market or bull market or pig?
  7. How many more days (months/years) we need to worry about our job?
  8.  When will my home value improves?

The above all are somehow interrelated, a better economy spurs growth which will eliminate all uncertainty. But no one here able to pin point what went wrong and how to fix it. If we know the answer, we could have somehow fixed this mess already. The issues with unable to fix current state of economy are,

Very complicated: This economy structure is complicated than before. Globalization added more complex. No one can predict what is going on in the economy.
Baby Boomers: There are more social welfare created by baby boomers which strains our economy. Politian can’t touch these because fear of losing vote bank
Weak Banks:  Strong economy needs strong banks but now banks are weaker and to make things worse, European banks holds sovereign bonds, those are vulnerable to default.
Aged population: Developed nations are facing more and more aged population, which creates social burden
Other Reasons: Low consumer confidence, deteriorating housing market, high fuel cost, weakness in emerging market etc

What will happen – A radical perspective
So what will happen next, that’s the question pop up everyone’s mind. But most of us and most of the time deep dive into current events to get confused. But I think answer is very clear than we think. We will be like this for some time, 15-20 years.

Japan Model: We are exactly now at the state of Japan model. Since 1980s Japan economy is in very slow growth but it didn’t become depression because some companies did really well. The same thing happening here also, the stocks like Apple, Amazon are doing great in spite of bad market condition. This trend will continue for near future.
Housing market: Price will recover in some places quicker than others, for example, in Midwest some manufacturing activities could spur growth than Sun Belt southern states.
Stock Market: For next decade or so, we can experience some highs and lows of stock market. Stock market will oscillate between highs and lows very often. The conventional wisdom of “Invest in low to make money in high” may be obsolete. The new wisdom is “invest in right companies and forget it”.
Job Market: Job market is something hangs on in middle because cash rich companies have to hire and others also hire because of baby boomer’s retirement. The part time jobs will become big market.
