After long time, Yahoo today announced that they are going to build new application to run web pages. Here is more detail http://browserplus.yahoo.com/faq/. This is too late because already Google announced similar application Gear Project almost an year ago and now the application freely available for download. Any way both of these new extended web browsers fuel RIA based development.

Good one Subba. Wonder why Yahoo is trying to fragment the mkt. If they are afraid of google they should have endorsed Adobe's strategy. It is too little too late from yahoo- you are right.
Thanks Sukumar. I think it is just to show off that they are well and alive. But as you said it is too much stuff to follow such as Gears, BrowserPlus, AIR, Silverlight etc....
