This subject is more than what I can fathom. But try to make some sense out of it. Evolution is important for all of us, particularly people who come from developing countries (I’m talking about 1970/1980s India). We start from a very basic life, basic lifestyle, basic needs and we live our life very minimum level. Millions of us were born and died without evolving much, it was not their mistake, we did not have many opportunities back then other than agriculture. The evolution became mainstream after India opens the market for all and the economic revolution during the 1990s. We marched towards the 21st century with various options rather than some mere options. When I start thinking more, there are more people still living in the same way of life which we used in the 1970s and 1980s. They are missing or not joining the greater economic revolutions which started back in the early 1990s. Humble and honesty has no value in society now. The statement occurred in my mind one day. So, I started thinking about it. Now this time of our era, we no need to show our intangible qualities to get a job or business. All we need is to follow some well-documented ways to get there, follow some preconceived notions. For example, if you want to become a Software Developer at Amazon, join a boot camp and learn all the fundamentals of computer science, Kids are bought up to be successful in a documented way as well. Parents teach kids a certain way to become successful in their life by imposing some tangible ways. We don’t care about being humble or honest rather we asked them to follow some flow chart documentation to be successful. It is not their mistake as well; the way of life now yields great results.
